With over 37 years of personal real estate experience buying and selling numerous properties (homes, condos, farm and ranch) in both Houston and Austin, once I got my license, I went to work cutting my teeth in the highly competitive Houston market and earning a considerable number of professional designations, tools that allow me to provide excellent service to my clients, including:

I represent all ranges of buyer and sellers in Travis and Fayette Counties, from first timers to experienced veterans, guiding my clients step-by-step through the intricacies of the purchase/sales process. My advanced real estate education and skill-set allow me to make the home buying/selling experience as seamless as possible. From the very beginning of the process I oversee the entire transaction with my full and undivided attention to every detail.

 As one who loves to be creative and “think out of the box,” I view situations from a fresh perspective and don’t get bogged down with how things have always been done. I also have a wicked sense of humor and love people and animals. My mother once told me that people are not loved for their strength of character, but rather for their amiable weaknesses. I must confess that my amiable weakness (according to my husband and daughter) lies in my innate inability to cook. So I draw upon the kindness and generosity of my clients and friends to provide me with foolproof recipes that I can share.

Born in New Orleans, then having moved to Houston my senior year of high school, I graduated from St. John's School in Houston and then The University of Texas, making my Texas ties are equally strong in Houston and Austin. As a Board Member of start up company, Explore.us, President of the American Lawyers Alliance, and board members of the Texas Lawyers Auxiliary, the Houston Bar Assocation Auxiliary, Austn Woman's Club, and the Austin Lawyers Auxiliary, as well as being a sustaining member of the Houston Junior League, I devote much of my spare time giving back to the community.  When I do get a minute to spare, you can find me relaxing at our farm in Round Top, volunteering at Austin Pets Alive, cheering on the Texas Longhorns, on the beach in Port Aransas delving into a good murder/mystery, designing webpages and apps through my latest endevor-www.websitesbynoel.com, developing another fool-proof recipe, or visiting my daughter in New York City.
